Renovations →Yes. At Enclos Instal we manage all new build installations in a single contract: electrical, plumbing, aerothermal, underfloor heating, HVAC and solar panels. You have one point of contact with the architect and one technical responsible before the Generalitat de Catalunya. This eliminates trade conflicts, delays and budget overruns. Over 20 years delivering new builds across Roses, Empuriabrava, Figueres, Castelló d'Empúries, Peralada and the whole comarca.
A full renovation of installations includes: replacing the oil boiler with an aerothermal heat pump, installing hydronic underfloor heating, renewing the electrical system, fitting air conditioning (split or ducted), complete plumbing and, if desired, photovoltaic solar panels. We manage Next Generation EU grants (up to 40% for aerothermal) and all certifications with the Generalitat. Fixed quote by section, no surprises.
