Complete checklist
- Electrical: Main panel sized for heat pump, EV charger and induction hob. Independent circuits per room. Pre-wiring for solar PV.
- Plumbing & drainage: Cold/hot water network in PE-X or multilayer. Pre-installation for underfloor heating.
- Aerothermal heat pump + underfloor heating: Must be planned at foundation stage — impossible to add after flooring is laid.
- Air conditioning: Ducted system hidden in technical ceiling (recommended for new builds). Controlled mechanical ventilation (VMC).
- Solar PV: Self-consumption installation with optional battery storage.
